Our lead concierge sets the standard that every member of the division follows. Trained through Le Bristol Paris and Claridge’s and certified by Les Clefs d’Or, this is the specialist who built the Baptiste concierge practice from its first day. The defining qualification is anticipation, the detail attended to before it is ever requested.
Travel and Accommodations Director

Our travel director composes the architecture of arrival. Private aviation, ground transfers, the precise category of a room and the view from its windows are treated as the emotional overture to everything that follows. Dining and Wine Curator
